Not at all. Here, we don’t use calories. Some foods speed up the metabolism, others slow it down. So there’s no point in focusing on calorie counting when the goal is thyroid regulation.

Question 2: Do I need to workout ?

No.
While physical activity is beneficial when done in moderation, nutrition does over 70% of the work.
I don’t force anyone to work out — my goal is to give you the cellular energy you need to naturally get back into regular exercise once your energy is restored.

Question 3: How to start the program ?

The program lasts 90 days. The metabolic assessment is done for free over the phone. After that, I’ll see if your profile is a good fit for the program.

Question 4: Do you work with everyone ?

No, eligibility is determined during the call where we review your metabolic assessment.
